I was able to receive my Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certifications paid for by the company.

Community Involvement

Serving the community

Simpson Housing is a company that cares about people and the communities we serve. In October of 2007, Simpson launched the 'YOU Make the Difference' program. Over 700 employees participated in a paid day of volunteering for various organizations in their community, giving back over 5,200 hours of service to more than 50 charitable projects from coast to coast.

The initial program was so successful that the company has made it an annual event. But our community involvement doesn't end there.

Simpson has a long history of giving to other community service organizations including:
