The annual REACT survey launches tomorrow, Tuesday, October 10! Simpson residents should be sure to check their email for the unique survey link which is sent from [email protected]. Should you not receive the email (and are a resident of a Simpson community), please contact the onsite team.
What is the REACT survey?
This is a resident satisfaction survey Simpson coined as REACT. The confidential survey is conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. and our goal is not only to gather feedback from our residents, but to learn what is working and where we can improve.
The online survey has been successful in recent years – in fact, we had the highest response rate of 51% just last year! CEL & Associates, Inc. will be sending a unique survey link to the primary resident’s email address on record for every apartment home. The survey is completely confidential, so each survey link is unique to each apartment home.
As a thank you for providing feedback, Simpson holds a drawing for those who enter after completing their survey. This year, we will be giving away up to 1-month free rent* to the lucky grand prize winner!
When will residents receive the REACT resident survey?
REACT launches tomorrow on Tuesday, October 10! CEL & Associates, Inc. will email the survey to the primary resident on file with the leasing office. That email will come from [email protected]. Each week, an email reminder will be sent to the resident until the survey has been submitted.
What if residents don’t receive the email with the survey link?

We recognize there are many apartment home choices available, and we are honored our residents have chosen a Simpson community as the place they call home. We strive to not only achieve, but exceed our resident’s expectations and the REACT survey is a way to determine whether we are meeting that goal.

*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual month rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency to receive prizes.
