Congratulations to our 2020 REACT drawing winners and thank you to our residents for making Simpson’s first online version of the survey such a success!
2020 was a year full of change – and the REACT resident survey was no exception. Due to COVID, Simpson chose to postpone the annual survey from April to November. This annual survey is conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc. and Simpson has participated for over 17 years. Normally, this is a paper survey, but Simpson chose to launch an online version to provide a safer and more efficient way to deliver the survey to our residents.
Despite these changes and challenges, over half of our residents responded! Simpson residents responded with an overwhelming 50.5%, telling us how they feel living in a Simpson community. Sixty-two Simpson communities participated, 17,492 surveys were distributed and 8,828 of our residents participated.
Simpson values each one of our residents’ responses and we truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey. As a thank you for the participation we saw in such a difficult year, we held nationwide drawings for 16 prizes including rent credits ranging from $500 to $9,090. Each resident who submitted a survey was entered in the drawing and CEL & Associates, Inc. drew the winners’ names.
We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Property Group communities are chosen as the place our residents call home.
