Simpson Property Group continues to monitor the latest events surrounding the coronavirus (COVID -19) daily, and we continue to follow the recommendations and guidelines received from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local government agencies. As new information is received, we may find it necessary to temporarily change the operations at our communities.
To maintain social distancing guidelines, please conduct business with the leasing office by phone or email whenever possible. Should you have questions regarding service requests, packages, community amenities or lease payments, please reach out to us either by email or phone and a member of our team will be available to assist you.
We have temporarily suspended resident functions for the time being. We will continue to evaluate this situation and update you with any changes. We encourage you to continue to engage with your neighbors and friends through various social media avenues and by telephone.
