August 20, 2019

Tragedy can, and often does, strike without notice so it is important to be prepared. Here is a list of numbers you should keep handy by programming them into your cell phone or going old school and posting them on your refrigerator.

Taking the time to compile these numbers can save you precious seconds when it matters most. But if you are experiencing a true emergency, always make 9-1-1 your first call.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

  • ICE (in case of emergency) – significant other, family members, neighbors, etc.
