Working out is a great way to relieve stress! It can be hard to workout though if you do not have access to a gym or if you do not want to purchase equipment for your home, because that can get expensive! Here are some ways that you can DIY (Do it Yourself) home fitness:

 

  • Get small pieces of equipment:
    • Yoga mat
    • Kettle bells
    • Hand weights
    • Medicine ball
    • Workout bands
    • Pull-up bar

Getting smaller pieces of equipment will allow you to workout without the cost of buying expensive equipment. It is also great if you do not have a lot of extra space at your home. These pieces of equipment are easy to store after you are done with your workout. You can also do several different workouts with this equipment too!

 

  • Body-weight exercises

Doing workouts with just your body weight will help you to get your workout in without the need for buying weights to use. This will help save money and save space in your home without weights.
