Simpson Property Group has been named best in the industry for maintaining the highest level of customer service! For the 16th consecutive year, Simpson received the “A List” Award for Excellence in Customer Service for 2019.

What is the CEL A List Award?
This award is based on rankings that are determined by CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL), an independent consulting firm. Property management firms are annually evaluated and ranked on their level of customer service by tabulating the results of surveys that are distributed to residents to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction. All firms are then benchmarked against other real estate companies.
Based on this survey, Simpson’s Property Satisfaction Score was 86.4 (Outstanding) and Service Satisfaction Score was 91.7 (Outstanding). CEL surveyed 18,721 of our residents to determine our results. Twenty-five of our communities achieved the Platinum award level and 37 communities achieved the Platinum A List award level! Below is the full list of our communities who were awarded.
Simpson couldn’t achieve this without our residents’ participation and we truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey. Our next survey is slated for later this year and we look forward to hearing from our residents soon!
