Bob Love has been Chief Executive Officer of Simpson Housing (SHLP) since 2000. He joined Simpson as its president after merging Raymond James Realty Advisors (RJRA) into SHLP in 1998. He had served as CEO of Raymond James Realty Advisors and RJ Properties since 1983. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Love served as vice president of acquisitions for a national real estate owner with the responsibility for the acquisition of both multifamily housing developments and commercial properties located in the southeastern United States.

Mr. Love has over 37 years of experience in the acquisition, development, disposition and management of multifamily real estate. During his career, he has led the acquisition and development of more than 25,000 apartment units and in the management of over 30,000 units.

In his 25 plus years as the leader of multifamily real estate firms, Mr. Love has relied on the sound philosophy of growing fully-integrated companies that buy and build apartment communities to be held as long-term investments. It is his belief that this focus on the details of the business, combined with ongoing investments in people, systems and the properties themselves, leads to a quality product and consistent and safe returns for investors.

Mr. Love is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council and previously served on the Board of Directors of Edens & Avant, a retail property owner/operator.

Mr. Love served as an officer of the United States Army and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in industrial engineering, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Todd Pope is the President of Simpson Property Group (SPG) and has primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the management company. He is responsible for the property management of SHLP’s portfolio, oversees SPG’s central role in the acquisition and development of new properties and assists in the planning and implementation of renovation programs.

Under Mr. Pope’s leadership, SPG has become an industry leader, achieving superior results through significant ongoing investments in talent, training and technology to achieve superior results. These efforts have been proven by SPG’s six consecutive years of being awarded CEL & Associates’ National Real Estate "A List" Awards for Service Excellence.

Mr. Pope joined Simpson as part of the merger with Raymond James Realty Advisors in 1998. Prior to joining Raymond James in August, 1996, he spent three years as vice president of operations for the Vinings Group, an Atlanta real estate trust, specializing in multifamily properties. He spent over six years with Jacques-Miller, Inc., a property syndicator and financial services company, as president of the property management company. In that role, he directed the day-to-day operations of over 38,000 apartment units, covering 20 states and 85 cities.

Yvonne Camacho is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of Simpson Housing. She has primary responsibility for the company’s finance/treasury, financial reporting, accounting, tax, internal audit, and risk management groups. Ms. Camacho is also responsible for Simpson’s affordable housing activities, including its remaining interests in a former subsidiary, and the commercial/retail operations at several Simpson communities.

Prior to joining Simpson in 1996, Ms. Camacho was with Arthur Andersen LLP for 10 years, leaving as a senior manager, and worked extensively with the Simpson group prior to and during the formation of SHLP. Other significant public clients included Texaco, Public Service Company of Colorado and KN Energy, Inc. Her experience includes several public offerings, extensive SEC filings and other merger and acquisition activity.

She obtained a BS degree in Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is a CPA.

Yvonne J. Camacho

Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

Frank Rooney is the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets of Simpson Housing. He is responsible for the company’s capital market activities including primary responsibility for its debt strategy and lender relationships.

Prior to joining Simpson in 2008, Mr. Rooney was vice president of strategic investments at Fannie Mae where he was responsible for identifying and managing equity investment opportunities including joint ventures with REITs and private developers. Prior to rejoining Fannie Mae in 2006, he was a managing director for Perseus Realty Partners, LLC, where he was a founding member of a start-up real estate fund management division for the established private equity firm. From 1999-2005 Mr. Rooney was Fannie Mae’s Director of Multifamily Direct Investments and previously held positions at Amstar, Citicorp, and Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Rooney has an MBA in finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and a BS degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University. He also completed credit training at Citicorp’s Institute for Global Finance.

Don Mabry is the Chief Development Officer for Simpson Housing. He has primary responsibility for overseeing the development operations of the company. Mr. Mabry has over 25 years of experience in construction and development, acquisition, financing, asset management and disposition of multifamily and commercial real estate. During his career, he has supervised the development and construction of over 4,500 apartment units and 425,000 square feet of Class A commercial office space.

Mr. Mabry joined Simpson Housing in 1998 through its merger with the Raymond James Realty Advisors, where he had worked since 1988. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is based in the Atlanta office.

Mr. Mabry graduated from Clemson University with a degree in civil engineering and received an MBA from Emory University.

Donald S. Mabry

Chief Development Officer

Steve Bair is the Senior Vice President of Construction of Simpson Housing and runs its construction management group. Mr. Bair and his team are responsible for day-to-day construction oversight on all development projects for Simpson and its partners. He and his group also provide in-depth physical due diligence services on all of Simpson’s property acquisitions.

Mr. Bair joined Simpson in 1996 from the Trammell Crow Company and originally served as the general manager of Simpson’s construction company. He has over 34 years of work experience in residential and commercial construction encompassing over 24,000 residential units in 111 communities, 3.5 million square feet of commercial space in 47 projects and 33 military base projects. He has been a licensed general contractor in 19 states during his career.

Mr. Bair obtained a BA degree from North Carolina State University, and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro after serving in the US Navy.

Stephen L. Bair

Senior Vice President, Construction

As the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Simpson Housing, Scott Henley leads the national acquisition and disposition activities for the company. Since 1996, he has acquired or sold roughly 12,000 apartment units, valued at approximately $1.2 billion. Mr. Henley also has a primary role in the formation and management of Simpson’s joint venture equity investments.

Mr. Henley joined Simpson in 1998 through its merger with Raymond James Realty Advisors, where he had worked since 1996. In addition to his responsibilities in acquisitions and dispositions, Mr. Henley has held roles in development and asset management. Prior to joining Raymond James, he spent four years as a manufacturing and production engineer. He works in Simpson’s Atlanta office.

Mr. Henley received a degree in industrial engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Scott Henley

Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions

Cassandra McCasland is the Vice President and General Counsel of Simpson Housing LLLP. She has primary responsibility for managing litigation, outside counsel, and legal matters on behalf of Simpson Housing LLLP and its affiliates. Ms. McCasland is also participates in risk management, insurance related matters, and other corporate affairs.

Prior to joining Simpson Housing LLLP, Ms. McCasland was a shareholder at Weinberger & Kanan, P.C. Her experience includes commercial and civil litigation, insurance defense and coverage litigation, risk management and claims handling.

Ms. McCasland has a J.D. degree and BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”). Ms. McCasland is a member of the American, Colorado, Denver, and Douglas County Bar Associations as well as the Association of Corporate Counsel and CPCU Society. She was also selected as a Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women.

Vice President and General Counsel

Mike Casper is the CIO and vice president of information technology of Simpson Housing. He oversees all aspects of the company’s IT efforts; from ongoing service, support and maintenance to strategic plans for the current and future use of technology. Mr. Casper and his team have established a consistent path of improving and stabilizing core applications as well as the underlying technologies required to support them. In recent years, he has been instrumental in leading the organization in the rollout and full implementation of the LRO pricing system and the MRI web-based management software across 25,000 units.

Prior to joining Simpson in 2000, Mr. Casper was the Chief Technology Officer of the Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico plans for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. In this capacity he had responsibility for all technology and IT support for over 2,000 employees at multiple locations.

Michael J. Casper

Adrienne Robinson is the Vice President of People Services for Simpson Housing and leads Simpson’s people services department. Ms. Robinson’s primary roles include services such as payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, in addition to talent acquisition and retention.

Prior to joining Simpson Housing in 2006, Ms. Robinson worked as the vice president of human resources in conventional property operations for AIMCO. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and has spent the bulk of her career in multi-site, multi-state strategic HR management. She has owned and operated her own HR consulting firm where she served such clients as the National Renewable Energy Labs, Graebel International, and the states of Colorado and Wyoming. She has been responsible for as many as 17,000 employees in 26 states and has worked as an HR Certification Institute (HRCI) instructor at Regis University.

She holds a BA degree from the University of Utah and has received her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Adrienne H. Robinson

Vice President, People Services

Don Simpson is Chairman Emeritus of Simpson Housing. He began work with the predecessor company in 1970 when he joined Harold A. Simpson, his father and the founder of Simpson Housing. In 1986, he assumed overall responsibility for all of the development operations of the company and in 1995 succeeded to the office of Chief Executive Officer. He left his official role with the company in 2006.

Mr. Simpson has extensive experience in the development, construction, renovation and operation of multifamily housing properties and has been involved in the development and construction of over 30,000 multifamily units across the United States.

Mr. Simpson received a BA degree from John Brown University, with a major in business and a minor in construction. He is a Certified Property Manager, a licensed Colorado real estate broker, a licensed Colorado securities dealer and was awarded the Specialist in Real Estate Securities (SRS) designation by the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RESSI). He also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Captain.
