We are excited to announce the winners of the 2023 resident holiday coloring contest! Starting with our grand prize winner, congratulations to Francesco at Vinings Lofts and Apartments in Atlanta, GA! Francesco’s beautiful ornaments (pictured above) won them a $300 gift card. It will also be featured on the Simpson holiday card that is given out to our employees all over the country.
Our second-place winner is Tristan at StoneLedge Apartments in Grapevine, TX. Their drawing of some very festive holiday trees won them a $200 gift card. And finally, Naiara at Promenade Park in Charlotte, NC took home 3rd place and a $100 gift card for their creative drawing of a snowman family watching the snowfall.

Tristan | 7 years old
- What is your favorite part about coloring? Making silly designs.
- Do you have a favorite winter activity? Ice skating.
- Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? Waiting for Santa, seeing my gifts, wearing matching Christmas bow ties with Dad.
- What is your favorite holiday movie? Home Alone
- If you had 3 wishes, what would they be? Meet Santa, make snow angels at night in the snow, people who don’t have money get money.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? An ice maker.
Naiara | 7 years old
- What is your favorite part about coloring? Sketching and painting.
- Do you have a favorite winter activity? Building a snowman.
- Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? Baking cookies.
- What is your favorite holiday movie? Home Alone series – 1, 2 & 3.
- If you had 3 wishes, what would they be? Becoming an astronaut and an artist, visit all the states, and going to Disneyland.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? An astronaut and an artist.
